These Terms of Use apply to the Teleprompter Automatic mobile application (referred to as the "Application"), developed by App Box EOOD (referred to as the "Service Provider"), provided as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these Terms. It is strongly recommended that you read and understand these Terms before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modifying the Application or any part of it, or using our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Use of Voice Control
To enable the automatic text scrolling feature using voice (“Voice Scroll”), the Application will request access to your device’s microphone. Voice data is processed in real-time and used solely for speech-to-text conversion for this feature. Data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which clearly states that we do not store your voice data on our servers.
General Terms
The Service Provider strives to make the Application as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. Any applicable charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application processes personal data that you provide to the Service Provider to deliver the Service. You are responsible for keeping your phone secure and for controlling access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system. Such actions could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, and compromise its security features or cause the Application to malfunction or become unusable.

Please note that the Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms of Use. Below are the links to the Terms of Use of third-party service providers used by the Application:
Connectivity and Usage
The Service Provider is not responsible for certain issues. Some features of the Application require an active internet connection, which may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider is not liable if the Application does not function fully due to a lack of Wi-Fi or if you have exceeded your data limit.
If you use the Application outside an area with Wi-Fi, please note that your mobile provider’s agreement still applies. As a result, you may be charged by your provider for data usage while accessing the Application or other third-party charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for such charges, including data roaming charges if used outside your home territory (i.e., region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the Application, we assume you have received permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the Application. For example, you are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
While the Service Provider makes every effort to keep the Application updated and accurate, it relies on third parties for information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from your reliance on the functionality of the Application.
Application Updates
The Service Provider may update the Application at some point. The Application is currently available on Android and any additional systems the Service Provider may decide to extend to. You may be required to download updates if you wish to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated to be relevant or compatible with your specific operating system version. However, you agree to always accept updates to the Application when offered. The Service Provider may also wish to stop providing the Application and may terminate use at any time without notice. Unless otherwise stated, upon termination:
- (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end;
- (b) you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device if necessary.
Changes to These Terms of Use
The Service Provider may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
These Terms of Use are effective as of 2025-07-02.
Your Consent
By continuing to use the Application, you confirm your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Application and discontinue use.
Subscription Activation and Cancellation
How to activate a subscription?
- Register in your personal account.
- Log in to your account.
- In the left-hand menu, select the "Subscription" tab.
- If you don’t have a paid plan yet, the Free plan will be displayed.
- Choose a suitable paid plan and follow the payment instructions.
How to cancel a subscription?
- In the "Subscription" section, click the "Cancel Subscription" button (available only for paid plans).
- Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up window.
- After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period (the expiration date is shown in your plan).
Cancelling the subscription will prevent automatic renewal, but payments for the current period are non-refundable.
