These Terms of Use apply to the Teleprompter Automatic mobile application (the “Application”), developed by App Box EOOD (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Application.
1. Account Registration
The Application allows users to create an optional account to access additional features, including synchronization of scripts and video content across devices.
You may register using:
- Email and password
- Google Sign-In (OAuth)
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your account credentials and subscription-based access are intended for use by you. You must not share, sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise make your account available to third parties, or use another person's account without permission.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must not impersonate another person or use false information.
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
2. Use of Voice Features
To enable Voice Scroll and subtitle generation, the Application requires access to your device’s microphone.
Voice/audio data is processed in real time solely to provide the requested functionality. Processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not permanently store your voice recordings.
3. Cloud Storage and Synchronization
The Application allows users to store and synchronize certain content across devices, including teleprompter scripts, folders, and video recordings.
By using these features, you grant the Service Provider permission to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing synchronization, backup, and access across your devices.
Content may be stored using secure cloud infrastructure, including Cloudflare R2 object storage.
You retain full ownership of the content you create or upload. The Service Provider does not claim ownership of user-generated content.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or store through the Application.
Cloud storage is an account-based service and may be subject to plan limits, device or session limits, upload and download limits, and retention rules.
For accounts without an active paid subscription, trial, grace period, lifetime entitlement, or other paid access right, if the account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, the Service Provider may delete cloud-stored user content, including scripts, folders, videos, and related storage metadata, without additional individual notice. Activity may include signing in, using an authenticated session, synchronizing, uploading, downloading, changing account settings, or restoring a purchase. This cloud cleanup does not delete files stored locally on your device, but deleted cloud content may not be recoverable.
4. Live Streaming and Third-Party Platforms
The Application may let you stream video and audio to third-party platforms by entering RTMP or RTMPS server details or, for supported platforms such as YouTube, by authorizing the Application to create a live stream through a platform API.
You are responsible for your live content, stream title and visibility settings, platform account, and compliance with YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other destination terms, community guidelines, live-streaming requirements, and platform policies. Teleprompter Automatic does not control whether a third-party platform approves, starts, limits, removes, stores, monetizes, or distributes your live stream.
Stream URLs and stream keys are credentials for your live destination. Keep them private and enter only details for accounts, channels, pages, or streams that you are authorized to use.
If you connect YouTube, your use of YouTube remains subject to YouTube and Google terms and policies, including the YouTube API Services Terms of Service where applicable. Third-party live features may fail or become unavailable because of platform API changes, account restrictions, quota limits, network problems, or missing platform permissions. Manual RTMP or RTMPS entry may remain available where supported, but it does not override third-party platform rules.
5. User Content Responsibilities
You agree not to upload, store, or distribute content that:
- Violates applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains unlawful, abusive, or harmful material
- Violates the privacy or rights of others
The Service Provider reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Application for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with servers or networks connected to the Application
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data
- Share, sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise provide account or subscription access to third parties
- Circumvent device, session, storage, upload/download, trial, offer, subscription, or entitlement rules
- Forge, manipulate, or misuse receipts, purchase status, subscription status, or premium entitlement information
- Use automation, scripts, or coordinated activity to obtain or provide account-based, cloud, server-side, or premium service features without authorization
If the Service Provider reasonably believes an account is being used for serious or repeated abuse, it may take proportionate measures to protect the service, account security, and other users. These measures may include ending active sessions, requiring re-authentication, password reset, or purchase restoration, removing unauthorized sessions or devices, applying rate limits or storage limits, or restricting account-based, cloud, server-side, or premium service features connected with the abuse.
These anti-abuse measures do not cancel or revoke a subscription managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling for platform-managed subscriptions remain governed by the respective platform provider.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the Application are available through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the respective platform provider (Google Play or Apple App Store).
To protect purchases and prevent misuse, the Service Provider may ask you to sign in again or restore or verify a purchase before providing account-based, cloud, server-side, or premium service features. This verification does not change your platform-managed subscription rights.
If you request a refund from Apple App Store, Apple remains responsible for deciding the request under its policies. Where permitted, and with your consent to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, including by continuing to use the Application after updated terms are posted, the Service Provider may provide Apple with aggregated purchase, entitlement, delivery, feature usage or consumption, trial or sample availability, refund-request, and anti-abuse information to help Apple evaluate the request. We do not provide Apple with your script text, recordings, folders, filenames, comments, private project content, or raw user-generated content for this purpose.

9. Account Deletion and Termination
You may delete your account at any time via the Application settings or through the website.
Upon deletion, your account data and associated content may be permanently removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
10. Connectivity and Technical Requirements
Certain features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues caused by connectivity problems, device limitations, or third-party service interruptions.
11. Updates and Changes
The Service Provider may update or modify the Application at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.
The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the Service Provider’s place of registration, without regard to conflict of law principles.
