These Terms of Use apply to the Teleprompter Automatic mobile application (the "Application"), developed by App Box EOOD (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Application.

1. Account Registration

The Application allows users to create an optional account to access additional features.

You may register using:

• Email and password
• Google Sign-In (OAuth)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must not impersonate another person or use false information.

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

2. Use of Voice Features

To enable Voice Scroll and subtitle generation, the Application requires access to your device’s microphone.

Voice/audio data is processed in real time solely to provide the requested functionality. Processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not permanently store your voice recordings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Application for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with servers or networks connected to the Application
• Upload or process illegal or infringing content

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Application are available through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period.

All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the respective platform provider (Google Play or Apple App Store).

5. How to Cancel a Subscription

For Android Users (Google Play)

1. Open Google Play Store
2. Tap Profile → Payments & Subscriptions
3. Select Subscriptions
4. Select Teleprompter Automatic
5. Tap Cancel subscription

For iOS Users (App Store)

1. Open Settings
2. Tap Apple ID → Subscriptions
3. Select Teleprompter Automatic
4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Uninstalling the Application does not cancel your subscription.

6. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the Application settings or through the website.

Upon deletion, your account data will be removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

7. Connectivity and Technical Requirements

Certain features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues caused by connectivity problems, device limitations, or third-party service interruptions.

8. Updates and Changes

The Service Provider may update or modify the Application at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the Service Provider’s place of registration, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
