Browser setup questions
Which browser should I use?
Use a current desktop browser with the camera, microphone, local storage, IndexedDB, MediaRecorder, and fullscreen capabilities needed by your workflow. Recording and export support can differ by browser.
Why is the camera or microphone unavailable?
Allow access for the dashboard domain, check the browser site settings, and confirm the operating system also permits the browser to use the camera and microphone. Close other apps that may already be using the device.
Is Web identical to the mobile apps?
Web has fixed, WPM, and target-duration pace, video and audio recording, import preview, resizing, cloud media, and remote control. Use mobile for Voice Scroll, live streaming, and advanced subtitle or video editing. Browser audio format and export support depend on the browser.
