How to delete your Teleprompter Automatic account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Teleprompter Automatic account. Use it when you want to remove your account from the app and related server-side account data.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Teleprompter Automatic.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Open the account or personal cabinet area.
  4. Choose Delete account.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot reach the account area because of a sign-in or device issue, contact support with the email address used for the account.

Delete your account on the web

  1. Open dashboard.teleprompter.pw.
  2. Sign in with the same account.
  3. Open account settings.
  4. Choose Delete Account and confirm the request.

What account deletion removes

Account deletion is intended to remove account profile data and authentication identifiers associated with your Teleprompter Automatic account. If cloud sync is enabled, deletion may also affect synced scripts, folders, video metadata, uploaded recordings, and related settings stored on Teleprompter Automatic servers.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment reconciliation, or backup integrity. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.
