Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Teleprompter Automatic account and associated data.

1. Delete your account in the app (recommended)

  1. Open Teleprompter Automatic.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. At the top of the Settings screen, tap the Account icon (Personal Cabinet).
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

2. Delete your account on the web

  1. Open https://dashboard.teleprompter.pw/
  2. Sign in using Email & Password / Google / Apple.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Click Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

3. What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we delete your Teleprompter Automatic account data from our servers. Currently, this includes:

  • Your account profile information (such as name and email address).
  • Authentication identifiers needed to sign in (e.g., password hash or Google sign-in identifier).

In the future, if you use additional cloud features, deletion may also include:

  • Saved scripts / texts, folders, and related metadata.
  • Uploaded or generated videos and related metadata.
  • Cloud-synced settings (if enabled).

4. Data that may be retained

We may retain certain records if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons. For example, purchase and subscription records may be handled by platform providers (such as Google Play) and may not be stored on our servers.

5. Deletion timeframe

Account deletion is processed after you confirm the request. In most cases, deletion is completed promptly. If applicable, you may need to manage active subscriptions via the app store.
