Refund Policy

This refund policy explains where to start when you believe a Teleprompter Automatic purchase needs review. Refund handling depends on where the purchase was made: App Store, Google Play, or a web payment flow.

Start with the platform that processed the payment

If the purchase was made through the App Store, Apple generally handles refund requests through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple Support explains that some purchases may be eligible for a refund and that Apple reviews the submitted request.

If the purchase was made through Google Play, Google Play Help explains that refund policies can vary by product, timing, payment method, and location. Use Google Play refund tools when the charge was processed by Google Play.

When to contact Teleprompter Automatic support

Contact us if you need help identifying the purchase platform, restoring access, checking account entitlement, or explaining a technical issue that affected normal use. We can review account and product information, but App Store and Google Play purchases may still need to be handled by the store that processed the charge.

What to include in a refund or billing message

  • Account email used in Teleprompter Automatic.
  • Purchase platform: App Store, Google Play, or web.
  • Order ID, receipt, or transaction date if available.
  • Device and app version when the issue happened.

Before requesting a refund
