How to restore purchases in Teleprompter Automatic

Use purchase restoration when premium access is missing after reinstalling Teleprompter Automatic, switching devices, or signing in on another platform. In most cases, the first step is to sign in with the same Teleprompter Automatic account used before.

Before you restore

Restore on iPhone or iPad

  1. Install and open Teleprompter Automatic.
  2. Sign in to the same account.
  3. Open the subscription or premium screen.
  4. Tap Restore purchases if the button is shown.
  5. Wait for the app to update premium status.

Restore on Android

  1. Install the app from Google Play.
  2. Sign in to the same Teleprompter Automatic account.
  3. Open the subscription screen if premium is missing.
  4. Use restore where available or wait for the account sync to finish.

Restore on Web

Open the dashboard and sign in. Web purchases and subscription status are handled from your account area, including My plan.

If restoration does not work

  • Check that you did not sign in with a different email or sign-in method.
  • Manage the subscription on the original purchase platform.
  • Remove old sessions if the device limit blocks sign-in.
  • Contact support with platform, account email, and purchase platform.

For plan changes, read manage your subscription. For session limits, read too many active devices.

Common account mixups

Purchase restoration can fail when a user signs in with Apple on one device, Google on another device, and email/password on Web. Treat the Teleprompter Automatic account as the main identity and keep the sign-in method consistent when possible.

When support can help

Support can check account-side status and point you to the correct store workflow, but they may not be able to modify App Store or Google Play subscriptions directly. Send the purchase platform, account email, and a screenshot of the subscription status with private payment details hidden.
