This guide explains how to manage your Teleprompter Automatic subscription, including how to buy, renew, or cancel your plan on iOS (App Store), Android (Google Play), and Web.
Your subscription must always be managed in the same platform where it was originally purchased. For example, subscriptions purchased through the App Store must be managed in Apple settings, while subscriptions purchased on the web are managed in your account under My Plan.
Important: Manage Your Subscription Where You Purchased It
Teleprompter Automatic is available on iOS, Android, and Web. Subscriptions are handled by the platform where the purchase was made.
- If you subscribed using the Apple App Store, manage your subscription in your Apple account settings.
- If you subscribed using Google Play, manage your subscription in your Google Play account.
- If you subscribed on the Teleprompter Automatic website, manage your subscription in your account on the My Plan page.
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled or modified from another platform.
Manage Subscription on iPhone or iPad (App Store)
If you purchased Teleprompter Automatic through the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple.
How to view or cancel your subscription
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find Teleprompter Automatic in the list.
- Tap the subscription to view options.
- Choose Cancel Subscription if you want to stop automatic renewal.

If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Manage Subscription on Android (Google Play)
If your subscription was purchased through Google Play, it must be managed through your Google Play account.
How to view or cancel your subscription
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Teleprompter Automatic.
- Choose Cancel subscription if you want to stop renewal.

Manage Subscription on Web (Stripe Billing)
If you purchased Teleprompter Automatic on the web version, your subscription is managed directly in your account.
How to manage your plan
- Sign in to your Teleprompter Automatic account.
- Open the My Plan page.
- View your current subscription details.
- Use the available options to update, renew, or cancel your subscription.
Payments on the web are processed securely using Stripe.
What Happens When You Cancel
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will return to the free version of the app.
