If you see a message about too many active devices in Teleprompter Automatic, it means that your account has reached the maximum number of allowed active sessions.
Teleprompter Automatic allows up to 5 active device sessions at the same time. This limit helps protect your account and prevents unauthorized account sharing.
Why This Happens
You may reach the active session limit in the following situations:
- You signed in on multiple devices.
- You changed phones several times.
- You use the web version together with mobile apps.
- You shared your account login with other users.
When the limit is reached, the app may block new logins until you remove old device sessions.
How to Remove Devices from Your Account

You can easily manage your active devices from your account dashboard.
- Open the Teleprompter Automatic dashboard.
- Go to https://dashboard.teleprompter.pw.
- Sign in using your account email and password.
- Open the My devices section.
- Review the list of active sessions.
- Click the delete icon next to the device you want to remove.
After removing a device session, you will be able to sign in again on a new device.
What Information You Can See in My Devices
The My devices page shows all currently active sessions connected to your account.
For each session you can see:
- Platform (iOS, Android, or Web)
- Sign-in method
- Device name
- Device model
- Last activity time
This helps you quickly identify and remove devices you no longer use.
Logout from All Devices
If you believe someone else has access to your account, you can use the Logout everywhere option in the dashboard.
This will immediately sign out all devices connected to your account. After that you can sign in again only on the devices you trust.
Security and Account Protection
The device session limit helps protect your Teleprompter Automatic account and ensures fair use of the service.
If you regularly hit the device limit, make sure that:
- You are not signed in on devices you no longer use.
- You did not accidentally share your login credentials.
- You removed old sessions from the My devices page.
