Choose source material with several independent takeaways
A lesson, presentation or recorded-video script can contain several explanations that deserve their own short video. Paste the spoken text, including any conditions or caveats that make its claims accurate. Use at least forty words and no more than six thousand characters. For a longer source, choose a useful section first. A brief with only one small fact may not support three distinct videos; add substantive source material instead of asking the tool to invent examples, evidence or additional lessons.
Give every short script its own context and ending
A sentence taken from the middle of a talk may refer to something the new viewer has never heard. Each short script needs a clear subject, one main point and a complete ending. A garden update could become a planting recap, a watering explanation and an invitation for beginners. Check that each version preserves the dates and conditions relevant to that topic. Remove phrases such as “as mentioned earlier” unless the reference is explained inside that same short script.
Set the duration for each script and compare the results
The target duration applies to each of the three drafts, not to their combined length. The word budget uses your selected speaking pace; pauses and visual demonstrations still require a real rehearsal. Select each version to inspect its editable text. Prepare a small recording session from the selected drafts
Read every script against the original and check whether it offers a genuinely different takeaway. Rewrite repeated openings and preserve important limitations even when they reduce the pace.
