Turn a question from your audience into a focused spoken answer. Paste the question or comment and supply the facts you want to explain. Choose a target duration, review the draft and rehearse it before recording. This is useful for an educational response, a customer question or one answer from your FAQ. Work with one question at a time so the viewer can follow the explanation without needing the original conversation.

Supply the context that makes the answer accurate

A comment alone often leaves out important information. Add who the answer is for, the relevant product or subject and the facts you can verify. If someone asks whether gardening experience is required, explain the actual arrangements: beginners can join, equipment is provided and the session is on Tuesday. Do not expect the generator to know your opening hours, refund policy, prices or availability. Remove account details and names before submitting. If the necessary facts are missing, the answer should acknowledge that uncertainty.

Answer the question before adding background

A helpful video response briefly identifies the question, gives the answer and adds the explanation needed to act on it. For the garden example, “You do not need gardening experience to join us” answers the main concern immediately. The rest can explain where help is needed and what to expect. Avoid repeating a long comment word for word or making the viewer wait through unrelated setup. For a difficult or critical comment, keep the reply calm and address the issue without inventing motives or personal details.

Fit one answer into a realistic speaking time

Choose a duration between fifteen seconds and three minutes and set your speaking pace. The tool checks the generated answer against a word budget, but the displayed duration remains an estimate. Names, technical terms, pauses and demonstrations can take longer. If the question needs several qualifications, allow more time or split it into separate answers. Review every edit against the facts you supplied, particularly words such as always, never, free and guaranteed, which can make an otherwise careful answer misleading.

Prepare a video response you can comfortably record

Edit the draft into your own voice and read it once without rushing. Check that someone seeing the video on its own can understand both the question and the answer. You can request closing-line alternatives if a natural next step would help, then choose one and review the complete result. Rehearse the selected text in the browser teleprompter, download a TXT file or continue in the web version. For several FAQ entries, prepare and review each answer separately so their facts do not become mixed together.
