Find a supported seated position
Arrange a seat that lets you speak without leaning towards the listener.
Follow the steps
Choose a stable chair with support that suits you. Support your feet on the floor or a footrest if that is comfortable and available.
Use the front and side drawings as references. Give your arms a comfortable place to rest and allow your shoulders to settle.
Say the sample sentence while making a small natural gesture. Notice whether the chair or desk makes you brace, twist or reach.
Change one part of the setup, then repeat. Keep the version that feels more comfortable; sitting perfectly still is not the aim.
Try it in speech
Let me explain what changed and what we can do next.
Set up your chair before a video call, then test the first sentence of your update.
Check your experience
These are your observations, not a technique score. No camera or microphone is used.
